This is the sixth part of an ongoing series of photo and video inspiration posts featuring real kiwi weddings beautifully captured by our talented local photographers.

Bride & Groom: Tane & Peti
Location: Soi Restaurant, Wellington
Date: February 13, 2010
Photographer: Phillipa Karn Photography

The wedding was held at Soi restaurant on a typical blustery Wellington day with locations done prior to the service. The wind certainly added an exciting element to a lot of the imagery..it was quite a challenge photographically but the results are rewarding.

Thanks Phillipa Karn for the beautiful submission. We’ll feature a new wedding again next week! Photographers, if you want to be featured please see more info here.

Phillipa was a fantastic photographer and really got the best out of us - a camera shy couple on a windy morning! She managed to wrangle almost 100 tipsy people for photos later in the day when the sun come up - like herding cats! She even travelled all the way from Waiheke for us smile

    I absolutely recommend her.
