Laura was our makeup artist for the day and did a fantasic job. She had 5 of us to do, and managed her time spot-on.
The products she uses are lovely, and they lasted pretty well out in the elements (it was a hot day) Lipstick needed a touch up after a few hours, however you are provided with a mini lippy to do so.
She did a great job at matching the different skin tones & makeup looked nice and natural.
All in all, she did an excellent job, is super easy going and fitted in easily to keep it a stress free day. Thanks Laura

I felt the trial run was rushed. At the trial there was myself and 2 other brides-to-be and Lillybeth and the hairdresser were working on one, then the other in quick succession, so there was not much time to really adjust or tweak things.  I was also supposed to get a colour check for my tattoo to be covered on my shoulder and that didn’t happen.

Although on the big day I must thank you Lillybeth for your expertise. My bridesmaids & I looked lovely, and we all felt very special. Only criticism was my small shoulder tattoo which was supposed to be covered but it didn’t work (probably due to not getting a test done at the trial). It took so much time and I was still not happy with the result (paid extra for the coverage too) so I got one of my bridesmaids to remove the coverage, as it looked like a big brown splat on my shoulder and they applied some foundation to soften the tattoo, which in the end made me late for the ceremony.

So overall very happy but would recommend changing the venue for the trial (too small) and the way the trial is conducted. Too rushed and not enough time to really make sure colour selection was ok for the big day.

I had a trial with her a couple of days before the wedding which enabled us to work out what colours did and didn’t work on me. After the trial I found that the make up was a little too heavy for my liking and I was able to openly approach her about the make up and with suggestions and photos of looks that I would like to incorporate in. Lillybeth was very receptive to this feedback and on the day did a fantastic job. I felt like a movie star with flawless make up and beautiful and natural looking false eyelashes.

Lillybeth also did the make up for my mother, bridesmaids and mother in law - they all turned out fantastic with her really working towards all their facial strengths.

The make up lasted the entire day (from 10am - 12PM) and I only touched up the lip stick once (with the very pratical lip stick ear buds she had prepared).
