A professional company to deal with and John was more than accomdating for our own seafood that we wanted to provide, his team plated it up and served it along with the delicious meal that Hamilton Caterers supplied

I received great comments from guests and even my own mother n law (who is very hard to impress) about the food and service.

The room was well equipped for our evening and the grassey areas provided a great backdrop for casual photos.

We had looked at so many different venues for our reception. They were all lovely but also very over the top expensive. We had been recommended to have a look at the Hamilton caterers website. We were so pleasantly surprised to see all the different prices and options for the menu - also the bar prices were very good! We were also able to variate from the original menu.
We have such great memories of our reception at the racecourse, we will definitly recommend it to everyone!

John and the team were extremely flexible, nothing was a problem. We requested an unusual table layout, early entry to set up, a screen to project images onto and we wanted to serve up some of our homebaked bread - the team didn’t bat an eyelid and were most obliging.

The food and selection was amazing and the staff great.
