  Jono and I first met Julie at a close friends wedding in January, where we were so impressed with Julie, and loved her friendly smile and manner, we booked her there and then for our big day! (May 5th 2012)

  Julie was an amazing celebrant. When I pulled up in the wedding car, and Julie waved at me, and had the hugest smile on her face, I knew the ceremony was going to be perfect.

  Julie guided us from the initial meeting, and found out what was important to us. This allowed us to personalize the ceremony and include our two children. Julie spoke to them special words on our behalf, and introduced the gifts we exchanged to our children (age 9 and 11 months).
  Our guests loved this part of the ceremony, in fact they loved everything about our ceremony and our celebrant, as did we!!

  We had a wonderful wedding at the Timeball Station in Lyttelton - a venue that Julie helped us decide upon. Julie helped us in the lead up and of course on the wedding day itself. Julie was very professional and very cheerful and helpful. Four years have passed and we have since had our first baby.   Well what can i say about Julie.  she made our wedding probably one of the most special day in our lives… She has the ability to calm you.   Gareth and I just wanted to send you an email to thank you so much for the wonderful wedding ceremony you gave us on Saturday.  They day was just perfect for us and we keep reliving it over and over with such happy memories.

  From the weather clearing and us being able to hold it in the gardens where we so wanted to be, having you at the end with your friendly smiling and welcoming face made me feel so much more relaxed.  The nerves were there, but somehow you just made us feel that much more at ease, and we are ever so grateful that we chose you and your friendly, mothering nature.

  It was a wonderful day that started with that fantastic ceremony and got even better from there.  We had a great time having our photos taken then joining with the rest of our family for more photos and the reception.  It was by far the most happiest day of our lives.

  We look forward to sending you a photo or two when we have them back in November.  For now we are busy packing ready for our honeymoon to the Bay of Islands, where we set off bright and early in the morning.

  Julie was amazing. She was professional but warm and friendly throughout the planning up until the wedding. Her openness and willingness to accomodate was very reassuring. I contacted her while I was in Australia and we kept in touch all the way up until the day I was married by her. Being an overseas couple, I was unsure on the procedure required to get married in New Zealand, but Julie helped and kept on giving prompt answers and replies to every question that I asked.   We came over from the UK to get married in NZ and selected Julie as she had married some friends who emigrated a few years earlier.

  Julie was superbly supportive and advised us on everything we needed to do to ensure the day went smoothly and everything was sorted even before we arrived in NZ.  As we had very little idea of what we actually wanted from our ceremony she also helped us through all of this.

  On the day Julie helped make it an amazing day to remember for the rest of our lives. It was a very small intimate ceremony and she ensured that as well as everything running smoothly the mood and pace of the day was perfect for what we wanted.

  I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Julie to anyone wanting to get married.

  We were married (after 12 noon) on 1st April this year, it was also Julies birthday!  Julie was fantastic, we wanted and had humour and fun for our ceremony and she helped us execute it perfectly.  Very friendly and happy with a great smile and personality to match.  Highly recommend Julie for whatever style of ceremony you choose she will deliver your dreams!

  Julie was fantastic, she was very helpful and made sure we were organised giving us all the advise and information we needed to put together a ceremony that was special for us.

  My husband broke his leg at his stags party so was on crutches for our big day, Julie was great about it and worked around us to make sure we had the perfect wedding.

  Julie has been fantastic, she has provided me with clear instructions to guide me towards our wedding day, sent me links for paperwork and other professionals and has been really friendly and flexible with my constant random queries.  She is making a rather stressful and confusing time relatively painless (well as much as possible for someone who is a little phobic and organising a wedding from England)!  I would recommend Julie whole heartedly, she’s very warm, considerate and assists me to think about the important elements that just wouldn’t have occurred to me.  I’m sure our wedding day will be more special because Julie does everything she can to personalise your special day with genuine warmth and affection.

  If you are looking for a celebrant I would highly recommend Julie. From the first time my husband and I meet her we felt comfortable and we knew she would do a great job.

  She gave us info to help prepare our ceremony, keep in contact and made sure we hadn’t forgotten our marriage licence.

  We got married outside, we were set to go at 2:30pm and right on queue a massive thunder and lightning storms started. We wanted to carry on and she was great, the weather didn’t seem to bother her, even though it was raining so hard everyone got saturated. As we were announced husband and wife there was a big clap of thunder and all our quest were thrilled with an out of the ordinary wedding. Thank you so much Julie for helping to make our special day fantastic.

  We had a small wedding in the middle of nowhere which was arranged with very short notice.  I had no idea what I was doing and googled marriage celebrants.  Julie’s name came up and I contacted her with a bunch of questions. 

  I was more than happy with Julie’s promptness in replying to emails, her friendliness and her humour.  She made it so easy to write our vows and let us know what we had to do to make everything legal. On the day Julie was fantastic and I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone wanting to get married.
