Every one of our guests said our ceremony was the loveliest they had ever seen – and this was thanks to Margaret and her knowledge and advise on vows and ceremonies. I have know Margaret for almost as many years as I’ve lived in NZ and she has been an amazing support to me during the most challenging time of my life. When we decided to get married there was no debate Margaret was our Lady.
We planned to have a very low key wedding day, but as always things get out of control. Margaret is extremely organised, she kept in constant contact leading up to the wedding, helping every step of the way. I added a reading right at the last minute, but you would have thought it was the plan all along.
I would recommend Margaret to everyone - she had all 80 guests feeling involved and hand picked for our most amazing day.celebrant-

From the first day I starting planning my wedding, Margaret was there. I say wedding, legally it was a civil union, but it was still a wedding to me.
Margaret was professional, compassionate and resourceful. She suggested ideas and worked hard to tailor the service to our specific requirements.
The rehearsal went superbly, with Margaret leading from the front. Margaret’s composure and organization meant that the day itself also went flawlessly.
Margaret was not only our celebrant, she was also our MC during the reception and she personally engaged with all of our guests.
As soon as its legal, we will be getting Married, the first person I will be calling is Margaret.

We searched through many celebrants before we discovered Margaret. The thing that really impressed us about her was her natural ability to guide us, but still allow the freedom & space to have the ceremony in our individual way. She had the perfect mix of humor, presence and professionalism which really brought our day to an absolute climax….we still months later get comments about how we had the perfect celebrant! I can’t thank her enough for her contribution to the most important day in my life.

We have known Margaret for seven years as a work colleague and a friend. In that time she has proven herself to be extremely well organized with a caring and empathetic nature.
She was the civil union celebrant for good friends of ours. We thought she did an amazing job so she was the first person we thought of when we too decided to formalize our relationship with a civil union ceremony.
Margaret has been amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted and thoughtfully added her ideas to improve our service. She conscientiously put it all together for us to review well before the event. Her desire was for the day to be exactly what we wanted and she was there merely to facilitate this.
We unreservedly recommend her as a celebrant.
