Crap , absolute CRAP, rude judging staff, made my brides persons girl friend CRY…..in the shop.
We went in to get my 6.4ft friend a suit for my wedding,after waiting for 20min (at lest) with no help (ther were other staff on other than the RUDE,RUDE woman we dealt with)
We finally get noticed and all the RUDE woman said , was ,no, um no? , nothing will fit him.
( I had went in to check that some thing would and was told there would be some thing)After she finally got a jacket , after we argued with her to do it, it did not fit.
I rang head office and they offerd to bring a blue jacket down from auckland (we need one only one black jacket)FREE OF CHARGE THO
Head office said i could try SERGIOS, well surprize they had a jacket and it was 4 yes four sizes smaller than the one the RUDE lady had put on him in the first place.
I just feel she was taking the piss as i was told , she was busy because she was doing a wedding , well that should not mean you dont at least smile at some one , and relise it there wedding too.
What can i say i will NEVER EVER go back ,and my now husband used to quite like geting work stuff from there, but there are PLENTY more mens clothing shops in christchurch.
