Soljans was the perfect venue for our wedding.  The set-up is amazing.  It was really nice to have an area for dancing which is slightly removed from the dining area.

The staff were incredibly helpful.  Our evening ran so smoothly and it’s all thanks to Soljans for their professionalism and help throughout the planning process.  Would recommend Soljans without hesitation.

We just had our wedding at Soljans, and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Right from the start we dealt with Kylie, who was absolutely fantastic! She went out of her way to accommodate us, and nothing seemed too much to ask. Anything we wanted added she quickly sorted out, and updated our plan. She really made the whole process stress free!!

The staff on our wedding day were all so lovely, and they ran around sorting out everything we asked them to do. The food was awesome!! Everyone said it was delicious, and the meals were all a good size. We has some guests with specific food requirements, so Kylie and the chefs sorted out a customized meal just for them. The wine was beautiful, and the Fusion champagne is sooooo good!

We had our ceremony, photo shoo, and reception on site. They set the whole place up just beautifully. The reception area looked just how we had imagined, and the grounds were all tidy. Everything was just perfect.

There were pleanty of places for the photo shoot, and it meant we didnt have to go off site.

And to cap it all off, they are so reasonably priced!

We really don’t have anything bad to say at all. Everything ran smoothly, we couldn’t have asked for more!!

We would recommend Soljan’s to everybody!

Wow how wonderful is Kylie! We had to move our wedding from another venue to Soljans with 1 WEEKS NOTICE! Due to the major problems at the other venue! This was of course a very stressful time for us but Kylie was absolutely fantastic with helping us do this, she made us feel completely comfotable and at ease and we knew from the moment we met with her she would do whatever it took to help us on our special day! Kylie and the Soljans team had less than a week to sort out our wedding and they did an amazing job!! The day was absolutely perfect Kylie and her team made sure everything went smoothly, the venue is stunning, the food was fantastic (we had lots of guests comment on the food!) They are very upfront with their pricing, there are no hidden costs for the service they provide.  They also have GREAT local wine, which our gusets also enjoyed! Kylie, the Functions Organiser is a huge asset to Soljans Vineyard and is such a lovely young lady.  Not knowing how to organise a wedding I found Kylie most helpful. She is open to your needs and will go out of her way to make your day just how YOU want it.

Kylie and the wonderful staff at Soljans set the tables up just as we had imagined. The food was beautiful. The guests commented on how lovely the food was and that there was plenty of it.

We had our wedding and reception at Soljans and it was fantastic. We couldnt have asked for anything better. Kylie and her team were so helpful and kind from the day we first inquired. The decorations were fab, and the little touches they added made our day that much more special. The staff on the night were so good. There was always someone to cater to the head table. They even made up a doggy bag of wedding cake for our midnight snack at the hotel!
The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone raved about it. And their delicious champagne went down very nicely.
We couldnt fault Soljans. They did an absolutely supurb job making our wedding day run smoothly and be everything we wanted it to be. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Martin and I were instantly drawn to Soljans Estate winery by the beautiful setting and what Soljans were able to offer us.

Soljans were able to offer us a top class buffet menu and wine. The guests were raving about the food all night. Even so much my family went back there for breakfast the next day. My mum was quoted to say ‘this is the best breakfast I have eaten in years’.  Soljans are really at the top of their game when it comes to providing a top class wedding venue, food and wine.

Kylie the Events Co-Coordinator was amazing, from the word go she presented herself in a very professional manner.  She was extremely approachable and after all the emails I sent her, and I sent her a lot nothing was a problem for her.

On the day of the wedding, we had Chris looking after us, he really knows how to work a wedding, and make you and your guests feel at total ease. From giving the MC a peep talk to being able to calm my nerves down! Outstanding to say the least!

I can only say positive things about Soljans Winery, they are at the top of their game. Well Done.

We had our wedding at Soljans and were were so impressed with how smoothly it went and with the staff, and particularly with Kylie (event manager) and those who worked on the evening.  Chris (restaurant manager) was brilliant and was great with the kids too! Brittany, Lisa and the wait staff were so lovely and professional too and obviously enjoyed their jobs.  The food was amazing - we had A LOT of compliments on the quality of the meals and on how great your staff were too.

We chose Soljans because the venue itself was gorgeous and allowed for any season, and Kylie was just so relaxed and organised and we felt it would work, and we have been so pleased with how it all went.  Kylie really is absolutely fantastic to work with and just made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. We absolutely recommend Soljans and will definitely be returning for lunch someday soon.

We got married on the 14th April 2012. I am a bargain hunter and spent months trying to find the best venue for value with a nice outdoor area and a lovely reception area with a spacious dancefloor. I am very happy to have chosen Soljans it is such a gorgeous vineyard venue and was perfect for us. They have options if the weather turned to custard there was ample space for guest to boogie and walk around and mingle around tables. The staff were great and the delivery of their customer service was excellent. Kylie the wedding coordinator was friendly, helpful and easy to work with and went the extra mile in service to make my wedding very special and memorable. If you want a beautiful wedding I highly recommend this venue. It is affordable and the food was so yummy and all of our guest had a great time. 5/5

We chose Soljans after a stop in to the cafe one day for lunch and were so impressed with the food that we arranged to meet with Kylie, the event co-ordinator.  Kylie was absolutely legendary to deal with, very flexible and accommodating and extremely detail-oriented! 
From the way I wanted the tables and decor set-up the day before, to the wedding day and seeing how it was exactly as I wanted it, I was so happy with the professionalism and how classy and amazing the staff were.  The food was absolutely amazing, everyone LOVED the menu, and everything went off without a hitch! I had some very unfortunate news about a venue with some poor lack of management,  I ended up cancelling my wedding 6 week out before my big day! A brides NIGHT MARE….BUT…well - we went back to Kylie at Soljans, and booked our wedding there, and wow i would never of gone any where else, our wedding was simply perfect…..Seriously this venue is Amazing,they listen to all your wants and needs and even when you have that little Bridezilla moment, they cater for YOU!!

The food was amazing….so tasty and well sized portions ( if you like your food ) and the wine was just as good…

The venue - is impeccable. The grounds are tidy and pretty - lots of great photo ideas -  and don’t let the covers on the vineyard phase you! Our photos were amazing… We were spoilt for choice for photo ideas…

We reviewed many potential venues for our wedding, but Soljans stood out above the rest very early on.

What stood out for us were that most things we were looking for were included, without additional hidden costs. The venue was the perfect size for our group (~60 guests) and the facilities were to a very high standard.

Kylie is a friendly and organised person, whose excellent communication skills ensured we always knew what was going on. Her efforts ensured we were relaxed on the day, which made it a very pleasant experience.

Our guests are still raving about the buffet menu which was perfectly presented, and the Fusion bubbly which they’ll no doubt be buying a lot of very soon!

We keep saying how pleased we are that we went with Soljans as our venue. I am in no doubt that this made our special day as special as it was and we are very grateful to Kylie and the team for making this possible.

There is nothing that I can really say to express how amazing Kylie and her team at Soljans were.

With unexpected circumstances forcing us to change our venue within two weeks of our wedding date - Solajns came to the party and bent over backwards to accommodate us and make our dream wedding come true.

Kylie was the most amazing person I have ever dealt with in regards to organising anything - and this is the sort of person you want to know is in charge our your dream day. I can not fault anything that her or her team done for us on the day.

The food was absolutely incredible, with so many people coming up to us to rave about it , we lost count of the feedback - but one comment was “it was the best wedding buffet menu I have ever been too”.

You will not be disappointed with Soljans and I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Kylie is amazing and being an event organiser myself, I have to say she was incredible to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, including setting up the venue completely differently to how they normally do, down to asking for changes to the set menu, we were never made to feel like anything was a problem.

I cannot recommend Soljans highly enough and after looking at numerous wedding venues, this one surpasses all others, even in respect of costs and the quality of what you receive. Their food and wine is first class, their staff - particularly Kylie - are amazing and the venue is beautiful. Go for Soljans, you wont be disappointed!!

Dream Vineyard Wedding!

What I liked about Soljans was the very user-friendly and comprehensive folder/brochure that they have ready for you. There are no hidden fees and no unnecessary extras. It’s just so straight-forward that wedding planning became so easy. Everything that you need is there and for everything else that takes a little bit more fine-tuning, you get the help of the amazing, Kylie Dalton, who is the most fabulous coordinator around. She is on to it, communication-wise and she’s spot on execution-wise.

Our wedding was a dream come true!

Kyle and I would like to thank Kylie and the staff at Soljans.

We had the most amazing wedding day on the 27th of January, 2012.

From the first phone call regarding using Soljans as a wedding venue to the last email we received, we really have felt that the customer service is the best we have ever received. Kylie ensured that everything we wanted was catered for and the communication was amazing. Planning a wedding from London found us emailing at very different time zones!

On the wedding day, the venue looked amazing and they even turned the sun on for us We were very impressed with the waiting staff and the food really was amazing!! Not very often a bride orders the steak and finishes it I bet! They catered for everyone and there was plenty as well.

Since first choosing Soljans my family have been up on numerous occasions with overseas friends and family for lunch and wine tastings and we will continue to do so.

Kylie also recommended a fantastic DJ who kept us on the dance floor all night.

We had our ceremony and reception at Soljans and it was a most fantastic day. Soljans grounds were excellent for our outdoor ceremony, and most of our bridal party photos after the ceremony as well.

Many of the guests and family commented afterwards on the excellent quality of the food, wine, and good service. Our guests with special diet requirements were well looked after also and enjoyed their special meals.

Soljans is a classy venue, excellent value, and friendly staff. We found the event manager, Kylie, particularly helpful - my wife and I were having trouble getting everything organised and finding a musician and accomodation. Kylie had a wealth of useful information for us, and helped us get back on track when we started to fall behind on organising everything.

We had a great time and so did every one of our guests- we really appreciated Soljans accommodating our larger party and the venue was absolutely perfect. So were the staff- all friendly and did an amazing job, right down to finding a lamp for the table that was outside when requested. The food was wonderful and we had rave reviews from guests. The band had no troubles with set up and the dancing/bar area was great, big enough for some proper partying even with our bigger number of guests than the venue usually takes. From the moment I booked everything was so easy! Kylie really helped to give me ideas on what I could do and where I could source things from. We chose Soljans as the venue for our reception as my husband and I both liked different aspects of it, and in the end we couldn’t have made a better choice. When looking at venues my husbands concern was the room around tables to move and not having the feeling that you are sitting on top of each other.  Soljans was perfect, lots of room and with windows on 3 sides of the room it felt like you were almost outside.

Kylie was great to deal with, all the planning when smoothly and the room looked amazing when set up.

On behalf of all the guest, I say WOW to the food and wine, we had helps of comments about the buffet and wine with a few couples buying wine from the cellar door to take home with them.

Our wedding at Soljans was as most guests said like in the movies.
Kylie (event manager) was amazing. Not only she was fast in getting back to us, she gave us suggestions and advice, she was simply a lovely person. Everything went smoothly thanks to her and also to the staff that was there on that day. They did all the decoration, which gave me plenty of time that morning to relax and get ready.

During the reception, the staff was so nice and caring not only to the bridal party but to all the guests.
The venue was stunning and felt intimate. The children enjoyed the little playhouse and the space to run around.
The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We even got the Chef to swap one of the dishes with one that we had one day when we had lunch there: the pork belly, which was I think, the number 1 on that night. From the canapes to the mains, everything was tasty.
The wedding was better than in my dreams.
Soljans was just perfect. I would highly recommend it.

We had a very small informal wedding at Soljans without hiring out the whole venue but we still received top notch service.  It went really smoothly and according to plan, and everyone had a wonderful time.  Being vegan, my husband and I wanted a vegan set menu and Kylie was really helpful in getting this sorted for us.  They didn’t even mind that a number of our guests were non-drinkers, and there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks available.  Everyone was really impressed with their meals - especially the rice paper roll entree!

We had our reception at Soljans and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all went.  Kylie was lovely to work with: very organised, full of and open to suggestions, and totally unflappable when dealing with last minute changes.
The staff on the day were fantastic, they had everything timed perfectly and provided top quality service without being intrusive to the celebration. The food was divine; they catered to my dairy and my husbands gluten intolerances, and everyone else said the food was lovely with the right quantities being available.
I would definitely recommend Soljans to any of my friends for any function given the experience we had. We really received quality food and service (and wine!) , and fantastic customer relations from start to finish from all the staff involved.
