It is paramount that my customers get exactly what they want. My motivation is to help people wear something that is simultaneously beautiful and original - jewellery that says something about the neck it adorns or the hand carrying it. For that reason, I seek to understand what it is the customer desires, before looking back at my sources of inspiration to figure out what design is best for each individual customer.

My fiance and I went to Sutcliffe to get my engagement ring.
The owner Brent was great - he spoke to us like real people, and explained everything about diamonds.
What I really liked was his honesty and also the fact that he wasn’t too pushy and never spoke about money.
I was able to design my ring, and find a beautiful diamond that is great quality but still economical.
Brent was great with the design, as I knew what I didn’t want rather than what I did want - he gave great advice and listened to what I wanted.
He is very talented with lots of experience working overseas, and is a great down to earth person - very easy to deal with.
Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to have a ring made.
