I have ordered my dress through Wilkins and I must say they service so far has been wonderful. I was made to feel very special and the one on one attention from the consultant was exceptional, she really knew what she was doing and helped me choose without being pushy or anything. They really made my day.

I recently went into Wilkins Formalwear & Bridal in Wellington and I have to say their customer service is exceptional. Theresa the bridal wear consultant was so nice and determined to find the perfect dress for me, I must have tried on at least 10! The staff were friendly and helpful and not pushy, they definitely don’t try to sneak in a dress over your budget. I wasn’t sure about their dresses at first because the price range is quite low compared to Astra bridal, but after trying them on, I did find a few I liked at really good prices. For example, one that I liked was only $1500! Too bad I am going overseas and won’t be able to get a dress within the time frame I wanted. Did I mention my session was free!? Friendly staff, tick, good value for money, tick!
