Hi I am Carlie, I am a registered NZ Wedding Celebrant & Wedding Planner based in Auckland. I specialise in creating relaxed, fun ceremonies that hit all the right notes. This means handcrafting each ceremony to be a unique and special reflection of the Bride and Groom.

Having worked in the wedding industry for venues for over 10 years I have had the privilege of helping over 300 couples on their journey down the aisle. Wedding ceremonies are such a melting pot of ideas and feelings, love, laughter, vulnerability, family tradition, culture, inside jokes and heartfelt vows. I love writing a ceremony that brings all of these elements together in perfect harmony.

I would be honoured to stand with you, as we undertake one of the most significant moments of your life. I will be there for you, I will listen to what you want and I won’t tell you how things ‘have’ to be done. Let’s make your wedding day awesome together!

We met with Carlie only a few weeks out from the wedding after we received a recommendation from a family friend. We were organising a few things fairly last minute as we had been away travelling and getting married on a Tuesday (top tip!) made these last minute arrangements possible.

If your going for a weekend guessing I think you’ll want to lock her down a few months out! Anyhow it didn’t seem to phase Carlie and we kinda hit it off over coffee.

She wanted to get to know us and vice versa - feeling good about Carlie we decided to go with her and she really made our ceremony for us, it was amazing grin

I think that would be the take home message - Carlie will make YOUR ceremony for YOU! it will be custom built for you and your partner. Its your day after all!

When she was a wedding planner for a local vine yard she saw lots and lots of weddings - and the has clearly drawn from that experience.

We would certainly recommend Carlie.
