Right from the first skype meeting, my Wife and I were certain that Shanel and Gray were the right people to capture our special day. Shanel was extremely detailed in getting to know us as a couple, and making sure we were going to be happy with the final result.

On the day, both of them were really easy to get on with, and professional in every aspect. It was almost like having a couple of good friends capturing our day for us.

Having received our final edit of our wedding this week, we could not be happier. Our selected songs were put into the video with purpose and thought as to how they mixed with the footage. Moving Films are worth every penny. Would definitely recommend.

Moving Films are the most professional, creative and truly awesome videographers I’ve ever worked with. Our decision to have a wedding video made was very last minute and from the moment I met Shanel, I knew I was in safe hands.

From the moment, Gray and his team arrived on the wedding day, i forgot they were there. They just blended into the background and quietly did their thing and capturing all the moments.

They were flexible, kind and above all professional. When we received the first edit, I cried. It was the most beautiful video I had ever seen. Everything from the music to the video quality and the way it had been stiched together left me breathless.

Out of everything we spent our money on for the wedding, this was by far the best thing. Our video captures moments that some of the photos don’t and I enjoy watching this video, far more than looking at the photos. The best thing about the video is that we get to see the emotion and happiness in the eyes of our family and friends.

I have since used Moving Films for other momentous occasions in my life and I will continue to keep using them. If you don’t use them for your wedding, you are an absolute fool. These guys are truly the best!

They were fantastic from start to finish. I fell in love with their work and their professionalism, creativity and overall service was outstanding. I failed to find anybody in NZ who could capture what they do. Their sound and image quality is second to none and the editing is excellent. They really know how to put an amazing film together. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for premium workmanship.

Joel and I never planned on having our wedding filmed.  However, out of curiosity, I browsed the internet to see what Auckland had on offer in terms of Wedding Videographers. 

I came across the Moving Films website first.  I was reduced to tears by every video on their site.  The moments they captured, the facial expressions, the considerable attention to detail - I knew we had to have them.  Just to be safe, I reviewed other websites offering the same services. Nothing compared.

Being based in Perth and having a wedding in Matakana, New Zealand, made things a little stressful at times.  However, the staff at moving films made us feel so completely at ease.  Nothing was ever too much for them.  Their level of professionalism was second to none.

We met with Moving Films in person only a week before the big day and my thoughts were only cemented when meeting the lovely Shanel - that we were in safe hands, and it was time to get excited!

On the day of the wedding we had 3 staff from Moving Films.  Gray and his team were such great people to have around.  They were polite and non-invasive.  After a short while, we didn’t notice they were even there.

Joel and I are happy beyond words with our final product.  The teaser, the montage and the feature film.  The final product was kindly couriered to us in Perth along with first class packaging of our precious wedding DVD.

We will treasure these for a life time.  We cannot thank Moving Films enough!! We highly recommend their services to anyone planning their dream wedding.

I am very happy with my choice to forego a photographer and hire videographers instead.  I found Moving Films online and after watching some of the weddings they had covered, was sold on hiring them.  I feel very fortunate that they agreed to cover my rainy wedding on Waiheke; I know they are professional filmmakers that do music videos, and they are very talented.  The staff at Moving Films were lovely to deal with; they take care to really produce a high-end product at a very reasonable price.  They did an exceptional job capturing the beauty of the day, even though it was difficult with the weather!  The montage video was easy to share with my family in the US, and I feel it conveyed much more than still photos.  The filming quality was excellent, I couldn’t have asked for better composition, and the editing is top notch.  I have a beautiful short film keepsake and a full ceremony copy.  I expect them to be very successful in the future and very much in demand!
