I’ve been ordering flowers from Tami for a number of years now and as such, I was so excited to be able to have her create our wedding flowers. Well, I can tell you she did not disappoint!! We had the most beautiful day and the flowers really were superb. Tami was fabulous to work with - super organised, a great communicator and an abundance of creative flair that fitted just perfectly with the style of our wedding.  The whole process was hassle free and even though we couldn’t access the venue until 10:00am on the morning, she did such a great job of getting all our florals installed in such a short period of time. The flowers lasted really well too - my bouquet lasted nearly two weeks and travelled half way around NZ during that time! I really can’t recommend Tami enough, everything she creates is simply stunning! Thanks so much for adding that special touch to our day.

My brief I gave Tami was pretty broad so I left a lot up to her and the result was beyond what I could have imagined. There were so many compliments on the day about the stunning florals, especially on the archway.

I also changed my mind about colours too only a week or so before hand (sorry Tami!) but it was no issue at all and Tami accommodated my request perfectly.

Tami designed our flowers for our wedding in May.

I really didn’t have much of an idea about what I wanted but knew what I didn’t want.  Tami went through and showed us flowers and got an idea about what we liked and gave us a design outline of what she could do. 

I also made vases for the tables and Tami had no problem helping us out as to what to put on them. 

She listened and understood what we were aiming for and fully delivered.  The bridal bouquets were stunning, the boys button holes were awesome and the table flowers fitted our requirements. 

I also wanted succulents and she managed to find some small ones that were placed in my hair.

Very very happy with the service from Tami.  A lovely person to deal with.  Highly recommended.

Tami recently did the flowers for our beach wedding back in April.

She was AMAZING right from the moment I first contacted her, I had a lot of ideas and expectations around how I wanted my flowers and decorations to look on the day. Tami was extremley creative and had a lot of awesome ideas and recommendations. She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to flowers and put my mind at ease leading up to the wedding, especially as I was doing the planning from outside of the area.

She nailed exactly what I was after and blew my expectations out of the water when it came to our wedding bouquets and wedding arch especially.

Tami made a beautiful garland for our head table and also provided the flowers for our wedding cake.  The garland looked awesome and fitted in beautifully with the rest of the venue set up.  Tami is wonderful to deal with , she always replies to emails and is there to answer any questions promptly and honestly.  Thank you Tami.

Tami was an absolutely amazing florist for our beach weddding. We decided to have the flowers as our main form of decoration and she sure did make them stand out! We had a beautiful archway and my bridal bouquet brought me to tears. The arrangement was exactly what I wanted and the colours fit beautifully with our theme. Very thankful for Tamis support as we had to organise everything from overseas, she was very accomadating. I would reccomend tami to anyone and everyone!

Tami was so fantastic to deal with let alone the great job she did on our flowers. I was so pleased with everything. She was incredibly upfront and honest with every question and idea I had and so easy to deal with, making everything that much more smooth for my husband and I.

Tami was very easy to deal with. I only contacted her a month out from our wedding. luckily a Sunday wedding at the end of the season so she was available. I live in Auckland and the wedding was in Tauranga so we never met me and Tami had to base everything on a few photos that I sent.

I was so impressed by the flowers on the day. Tami managed to get the arrangements perfect for what I wanted. I had so many comments that the flowers were amazing.

Tami was absolutely wonderful to work with.  I had an idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers.  I had a couple of pictures to show her and when we met up to discuss everything she knew exactly what I was after!  She kept in regular touch regarding the flowers and what was available and gave an option when something was out of stock. 
When Tami turned up on the day with mine and my bridesmaids flowers, I was instantly amazed by her work.  They were EXACTLY what I wanted!!  Tami was also decorating an arch way for us at the ceremony that I didn’t see until I was walking up the aisle, and again it looked amazing. 
She was also setting up the tables at the reception and when we walked in and saw them, I was so pleased with how the tables looked.
We got so many compliments on our flowers.  I wouldn’t have changed anything about the arrangements that Tami organised for us.

The service and flowers we received were exceptional. Tami likes to deliver the flowers to you personally on the day of your big event, I thought this was an amazing touch and really shows the passion she has for making your day that little bit more special.
The flowers themselves were unbelievably beautiful and I could not have asked for anything better. My WIfe and I had no idea what we really wanted for our wedding day apart from fact that they needed to be dark red and white. We left everything else up to Tami to decide and she created the most beautiful 4 boutiques of flowers for both my wife and I and our two bridesmaids.
The button hole flowers that were created for the mother and father of the bride were also so professionally done and looked fantastic.

Tami really is the best when it comes to flowers and service

I picked Tami for my florist based on her amazing reviews on lots of different websites. She turned out to be really good value for money compared to a lot of other florists I had briefly looked at and her quality was still top notch.
We met in person once (I’m from out of town) and in that one meeting she understood and got everything I was after. I didn’t have a set theme as such but she pulled it all together beautifully just from my ramblings of what I envisioned. She didn’t pressure me to go over the top with anything and she was really quick with the quotes and answering emails etc.
On the day, she delivered the most gorgeous flowers and even did a last minute delivery out to the venue for my headpiece ... nothing was too much trouble for her (life saver).
She also would get excited with me and made me feel really special and just how a bride should be made to felt. Really personable and I would highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the flowers that Tami did for our wedding. I knew I wanted really bright flowers, and Tami came up with a great combination based on the colours and style that I liked. Tami made planning really easy, I was based in another town so we had a skype consultation and everything went from there. The flowers looked so beautiful, and added such a bright pop of colour to our venue and all the photos. I would definitely recommend Tami to anyone looking for a wedding florist.

I did a lot of research when it came to a florist for my wedding.  Tami seemed to have the best online presence in my are a and backed up what she said she could do with photographic evidence. She had also come recommended by several sources, including friends.  I was over the moon with our flowers.  I chose gerberas in a combination of pink, orange and yellow.  as well as orang button holes and a headband for our flower girl.  The pink gerbera matched our flower girl’s dress perfectly. I am I a wheelchair and knew that I would not be able to carry my bouquet everywhere I went easily, so Tami came up with the genius idea of a loop to hang on the bouquet on my chair which worked beautifully.  Tami came to a meeting at my place with a comprehensive set of questions, showing that she was incredibly prepared and thorough.  I cannot recommend Tami enough for her professionalism, skill, and value for money.

Tami was so easy to deal with and was so open to any ideas I had regarding all aspects of the flowers for our wedding. She looked at the pictures I liked and came up with perfect bouquets and the exact centrepieces I had wanted for the wedding. Highly recommend Tami for any wedding.

I meant to write this review like months ago and well, time fly’s when you are having fun….but right from the outset of meeting Tami I loved her down to earth and professional nature.  The flowers that she created for our wedding were amazing and really added to our day.  When I met Tami it was nice to have some ideas myself that she took on-board, and then when we expanded on the theme of clans (yes with tartans) she was excited to add some ideas when I just couldn’t think of what I really wanted or what was possible.  I think the not knowing what is possible is an important thing, it is not our craft as a bride, so with Tami’s knowledge, but non-pushy nature, it make it easy to decide on what would look great on the day.

The vines, and laced ribbon in the bouquets worked amazing and my niece had berry with small roses in a beautiful head piece.  Tables were dressed with rata wood rounds, candles and red rose arrangements, the guys had a simple red rose buttonhole and my Mum a gorgeous corsage.

I would thoroughly recommend Tami to create flowers for your special day, she is fantastic, and she has personality, style, great customer service and good communication.  She knows a bride might not of thought of everything, so she is there with some great advice if you need it.  She delivers on time on your day, you don’t need to worry and you know what you are getting and when you are getting it, I also thought she was reasonably priced for what was provided. Thanks Tami you played a very special part in our special day:-)

From the first email about a year out from my wedding date Tami was so helpful and professional. I was planning my Coromandel wedding from rural North Canterbury, so Tami and I relied heavily on phone calls, emails, photos sent by email and online colour charts to plan the detail for my special day. Without even meeting in person, Tami was able to capture exactly what I had asked for in terms of colours and flower selections. Tami made a visit to the Church I had chosen to help guide me with vase selection. Her attention to detail helped me also choose a good size glass vase for on my tables at the reception so my guests would not be overwhelmed with flowers between them.

Our flowers were delivered on time on the day despite Tami having to travel from Tauranga through to Coromandel Township to drop them off. I was able to relax knowing the reception flowers were being set up exactly how I had asked, which included linking over 100 our guest names with tufts of lavender!

Tami gave us time to change our minds re flower selection if we needed it which was a great option to have.

I would recommend Flowers by Tami to any bride planning a wedding. She helped guide me to create a simple rustic look which was just what we wanted.

Tami created a floral wreath and wristlet for myself with matching bouquets for the bridesmaids. They looked stunning!

Tami was recommended to us by another florist.  I live overseas and she was great to work with and was available after hours due to the time difference.  Tami’s flowers were exactly what I wanted, colour, style and she was even able to add some of my themed brooches and jewellery to the bouquets for that finishing touch.  Tami delivered the flowers on the day, it was just one less thing to think about.  Thanks Tami.

I contacted Tami through Facebook. She was very good at giving me information, asking questions, making suggestions etc. to ensure here flowers were what I (we) wanted. I was overseas until a few days before the wedding, but distance was not a problem. Even when we had to make some last minute changed, Tami helped us out.
We were both very happy with the flowers Tami made for our bridal party. Our families loved their pink and white gerbera/fern buttonholes, the children loved their hot pink gerbera buttonholes, and the bouquets for the flower girl, bridesmaid and bride were prefect - bright and funky pink, purple and green.
If we need flowers for another occasion, I will certainly contact Tami. I would like to recommend her to others looking to have a wedding or special event.

Tami did a fabulous job with our wedding boquets and button holes.  She was always available to discuss concepts with me over the phone as I live in Auckland, and was really proactive about coming up with ideas that would work with my challenging colour selection.
There was one small hiccup with ribbon bindings being on the wrong boquet but this was my fault.  We called her and she was there quickly to fix it up for me.  Couldn’t be happier.

Tami did such a great job with our wedding flowers! I just loved them. They were very beautiful. Had great comments from guests. Price was very good, service was great.

Tami created the bouquets, baskets and buttonholes for our 31 May wedding. I couldn’t have been happier! They were everything we had discussed and the comments flew thick and fast on the evening. I just adore them, a lot of my favourite blooms such as freesias, Japanese chrysanthemums, and lovely foliage to lift the colours. Just brilliant. Thankyou!

Tami was so great to deal with, I had envisioned what I wanted for my wedding flowers, but didn’t know alot about flowers to ask for specific types or anything but Tami came up with the most awesome bouquets I could have asked for. They were perfect and exactly what I had hoped for! She was reasonably priced, much more affordable than the local florists I enquired with - and still did the most amazing job. I would highly recommend!
