Indigo Moon is enabling us to live one of the best days of our lives over and over again! Every time we watch our wedding film we are transported back to the day we were married: the warm sun, the sea breeze, the energy in the air. Vanessa and her team captured every moment perfectly!! Videography was the first item we booked as we knew from friends it was one of the items on their “wish we did” list. We were not willing to miss out and we are so thrilled we booked Indigo Moon! Vanessa was a total pleasure to communicate with before, during and after the wedding. She went above and beyond and crafted a true piece of art for us to reflect upon for years and years to come. We were married in New Zealand and also had a reception in the USA where we showed the film—everyone was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and professional quality of Vanessa’s work. We were fortunate enough to have 6 hours of videography from Indigo Moon Productions gifted to us from my quasi-father-in-law (hence the n/a for value for money). I am so over-the-moon thrilled with the results! We planned our weddng from overseas so did not have an opportunity to meet with Vanessa before the event. I was amazed at how easy she was to deal with and how simple it all seemed (give her a date, a time, some details et voila! - all done!)

I am blown away with the final product and how they were able to capture the mood and essence of our wedding! The editing that was done on our highlight reel gives me goosebumps every time I watch it (and i have watched it many many times already )

On the day Vanessa and her team were amazingly professional - I barely knew they were even there. They knew exactly what they needed to do and did not require any assistance or help from myself or anyone.

I can not stress enough how important a videographer will be to your wedding. If your budget is tight, cut somewhere else but keep the videographer. It’s the only thing that will truly help you remember all the details after the wedding. On the day there is so much going on that there are so many little things you miss. The video keepsake brings the day back to life.

I am so so so thankful that we had Indigo Moon at ours and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. What an easy process and amazing result!

vanessa is the best videographer we could have asked for our Auckland wedding. In the beginning she was very professional in asking us what kind of songs we want and the sources we can use. When she arrived on the big day she creatively and discreetly arranged my dress, jewellery, shoes in artistic orders for her shoot. I asked her a special request to do our video highlight in less than a week to play in our 2nd wedding and she did a beautiful job, her video was touching, very personal, and she captured all the highlight in the events. my husband, me, and our closest family friends get teary eyed everytime we watch it. highly recommended!

We never really thought about a videographer for our wedding, but our photographers gave us a link, that directed us to Vanessa’s website. After only one highlight clip on the site, I was sold, and send her an email. After that everything was effortless!

We eloped… On an island in Fiji…. We were super nervous that we would not get Vanessa to travel all the way to Fiji, but to our delight, this seemed to be no problem! Yay! She brought her wonderful family as well,, and everyone had the most amazing vacation as well.

I am so happy we chose her to capture our wedding day.  From the moment I contacted her she was efficient and always responded back to all my questions.  On the day I met her and she was lovely and friendly and once she started filming I hardly noticed she was there so I felt very relaxed.  Our video is so beautiful she captured every special moment as well as getting all the little details of our special day.  The way she puts your DVD together is so perfect. It comes in a case with a beautiful heading and a photo of your special day with more photos on the back.  We also got the memory stick too which comes in nice case.  Everything is just so well presented. Vanessa did a wonderful job of capturing our wedding! We were so pleased with the end result and felt like she really took the time to think about what was important to us and reflected this in the video - we had our baby with on the day and she took some lovely footage of the 3 of us together. I can not rate Vanessa highly enough.

We planned our NZ wedding from the UK and Vanessa was an absolute pleasure to deal with - online and face to face.  Vanessa was reliable, punctual and extremely professional - while being fun also. 

We didn’t choose Vanessa purely on her cost, infact there were much cheaper options, but her style and and standard is exactly what we were after.

My mother in law had an accident the day before the wedding and wasn’t able to attend our wedding as she was in hospital - Vanessa made sure that we had a draft copy of the wedding video for her viewing only within 24 hours.  I initially thought it would be a very draft version, but even that version after 24 hours was outstanding and bought tears to my eyes.

Within a month we had all the videos, and they blew me away.  I have watched them over 5 times, and am still in love with them.

On our actual wedding day I bearly even remember seeing Vanessa - she was quietly in the background, not intruding at all, and capturing all special moments. 

I can honestly say that Vanessa & her work still make me smile and give me warm fuzzies about the day.  The comments that we have had from family and friends and also random people have been great too. 

You will not regret the money you spend on having Vanessa capture your day.

We got married recently, and we so pleased we decided to get a video done of the ceremony. We are delighted with the result, and it is very special to have, and be able to go over the ceremony , and hear and see all the moments you miss when you are getting married!! Vanessa is very professional and I hardly noticed her at all! We would highly recommend getting your wedding recorded and regret not extending the budget to have our speeches and first dance recorded as very special moments. All the best intentions to get family to record don’t always work out, as in my case, and they also want to relax and enjoy the night. Well done Vanessa! A fantastic job!

I cannot recommend Vanessa from IndigoMoon productions enough.  She is an extremely talented lady who captured our day in the most beautiful and unforgettable way.  The video captured all the most important moments of our day and also the moments that could not be captured by photograph.  Originally we weren’t planning on having a videographer, but definitely so so glad we had one! We are still blown away by what Vanessa produced for us.
She was always so friendly and prompt with email replies when contacted, and on the wedding day I hardly even knew she was filming!  Aforementioned, I cannot recommend her and her services enough!

Vanessa made our wedding video and she did an absolutely amazing job.  We love how personalized she made it; even the DVD/bluray case had pictures from our wedding.  She captured every little detail of our wedding including some shots of the surrounding area.  Our wedding was in Hahei and her travel fee was very reasonable.  The video is very good quality and she put a small microphone on the groom so there is no problem hearing our voices. 
I would absolutely recommend her!

Wow - its hard to know where to begin really, I am still speechless after watching our video last night! 
Right from the time I first made contact with Vanessa, she was patient and prompt when replying to my emails while we decided whether we could fit her into our budget.
And we are both SO glad we did!!!
Watching our DVD last night brought back so many of the emotions and memories that had started to fade.  A gift that will last a lifetime.  Every moment and detailed was captured so beautifully, even the little details that I thought would go unnoticed. 
On the day, I was a little worried about all the cameras (2 photographers + Vanessa and her 2 cameras) but Vanessa was so unobtrusive, I hardly noticed her all day.

Originally we were not going to be getting a wedding Video as we had already spend $3k on a photographer and the expense of getting them to waiheke Island , however once I started to look into the wedding video and contacted a few people i was very please with Vanessa’s prompt and consistent contact she was very professional and i thought well priced. on the wedding day Vanessa had two camera’s and i honestly can’t really remember seeing her , she managed to film all the very best moments and preserve memories we will have forever. if you are a bride to be…take my word the day goes SO FAST, after just a week i couldn’t remember much of the day , i couldn’t remember the look on my husband’s face when i came down the aisle this is why it was so great to have a wedding video to look forward to watching… what a special video and a keep sake to share with family and friends forever! i would highly recommend Vanessa and i would erg each bride to make sure you do spend that little bit extra and have a wedding video!

My partner and I had recently returned from a trip to Canada when my girlfriend planned a theme party at our house to review the hundreds of photo’s….
With 10days to go before the party I decided to surprise my partner of 7years with a proposal along with everyone else. Assuming he would say yes I was lucky to get a wedding celebrant Karlynne Earp (who was dressed up as Judy Dench and Vanessa Laval-Glad our Videographer who was dressed as the paparazzi and how appropriate). Everything went better than I could ever had imagined.  I was reluctant at first to hire Vanessa because I couldn’t justify purchasing the package when I was not wearing a wedding dress, our venue was in our backyard on our deck next to the motorway and I did not have good lighting but I so desperately wanted to have a memory of our special day.  Vanessa assured me she would make the video as memorable as she could so I put my trust in her and when we watched it for the first time it brought tears to our eyes.  We were over the moon.  The music which again was not at all the romantic kind but covered both of our favorite kinds including Queen, Pat Benatar & Aerosmith just blue us away.  Vanessa even put in still photo’s which were an added bonus for us of which I have since had canvassed and is now on our wall.  Thank you Vanessa for your hard work and making this day one we will never ever forget.  Kindest regards Yvonne & Neil

When the package arrived I couldn’t believe that it was the DVD!!! Only a week and a half since the big day. the turn over was lighting fast!!!

My husband and I opened a bottle of wine and sat down to watch.  The video truly took us straight back to the day. It was so emotional to watch and really touched our hearts!!!!  Friends and family have told me repeatedly that the highlights made themselves and friends who don’t even know us shed a tear at how beautiful it was.  So I thank you for capturing the best day of our lives (so far), and presenting it in such a beautiful way.

Vanessa is amazing!! One of the best advice we got given was make sure you get a dvd of the wedding and we are so glad we did.  We watched the DVD a few weeks after the special day and we were blown away with what Vanessa managed to capture.  It was very emotional watching it all over again and seeing parts that we missed or could not remember because we were “up in the clouds”.  It was fun watching what our guests got up to while we were away. She did a fantastic job and it felt like she was not even there.  She was professional right from the very start and mangaed to get the DVD to us pretty much straight away.  The editing is great and the songs that we chose match it perfectly. My parents were extremly happy and it was a nice gift to send to people overseas who could not make it to the special day.  I would have no problem referring her to anyone wanting a videographer - I already have to so many people.

Choosing to hire a videographer to film our wedding was a relatively last minute decision for us, and it turned out to be pretty much the best wedding related decision we made!

Vanessa did an absolutely fantastic job of capturing our wedding day, including all the lovely little details that we were too busy on the day to even notice! I had been a bit worried that I might feel uncomfortable knowing the camera was on me, however Vanessa was so unobtrusive in her approach that we virtually forgot she was filming us!

We were absolutely thrilled with the finished product, as were our parents and other friends and family we’ve since shown our DVD to. It is fantastic to have such a lovely keepsake of our special day and I cannot recommend Vanessa highly enough!

Vanessa and i never met or even talked on the phone. We organised everything over email and she was professional and friendly at all times. On the day she was amazing, i didnt even know she was there, however she captured every moment of our special day perfectly. If you are considering weather you need a wedding video, i would highly recommend you do it. It was so nice for me to be able to see all our guests arrive and mingle - before i arrived. Indigo Moon Productions was recommended to us by our photographer.  Vanessa was excellent to deal with.  Unfortunately we did not have time to meet with her before the wedding, but this was not a problem for her.  The DVD is amazing, captured all the special moments, and moments we had forgotten about.  She was unobtrusive and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We were absolutely blown away by how fantastic our wedding dvd is that Vanessa recently did for us!  It bought back so many wonderful memories and is so perfectly edited to capture the true essence of our day.  There was plenty of laughter, tears, surprises and smiles as we all watched it together.  We especially loved being able to share in the parts of the day that we weren’t privy to at the time, such as people arriving, my arrival, Dan waiting nervously, the reception room and so many other special touches we had no idea Vanessa was filming.

I heard of Indigo Moon Productions via two couples who got married who also did their videography with Vanessa. My first impression of their DVDs - beautiful, well-edited and really brought out the personalities of the couples.
