My husband and I booked our wedding at The Tauranga Art Gallery as it was the perfect place to hold our winter wedding for 85 guests.
We both love the way the space is designed and thought it would make for a bit of a different ceremony venue than most. Although we were not sure what the artist would be doing with the space prior to booking, we were happy to go along with whatever came our way.
It was a very cost effective option for Tauranga and Kalou and her team were so helpful in organising the day. They were very flexible and worked closely with us on timings etc. Her and her team were there on the day to ensure everything was setup, our guests were welcomed and drinks were served after the ceremony.
We organised to have our wedding photography prior to our ceremony so that we could work around the gallery close time of 4:30pm and it worked out perfectly. We had a few drinks after our ceremony and then had a coach arranged to take guests to our reception venue seamlessly.
We could not have been happier with how our ceremony went and were so happy to have chosen The Tauranga Art Gallery as our venue!
